What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:

• Contact form: your name, email address, and message.
• Coaching application: your name, email, and anything else you choose to share, such as phone number, city, age, training background, goals, schedule, equipment, how you heard about us, and any movement limitations or training considerations.

Information about injuries or limitations is optional. Please share only what you're comfortable with; it is used only to plan safe training.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, review your application, schedule a consultation, and plan your coaching. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

How it's handled

Form submissions are sent by email to Forge Athletic's inbox. They are not stored in a database on this website. Our web host (HostGator) and email provider (Google Gmail) process that email as part of delivering it. If you stop working with us, you can ask us to delete your messages and application.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google to download them. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you've sent us at any time by emailing [email protected].

Children

This site and our coaching services are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
